Our Slow Cooker Chili recipe uses only 5 ingredients and you probably have most of them on hand. It takes just 5 minutes of prep, so it’s the perfect recipe to pull together before heading out to work in the morning.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds 90% extra lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 jars (about 16 ounces each) Pace® Chunky Salsa
- 2 cans (about 15 ounces each) kidney beans, rinsed and drained

- Time-Saving Tip: You may also cook on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.

Step 1
Place the beef, chili powder, cumin, salsa and beans in a 6-quart slow cooker. Stir to separate the beef.

Step 2
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until the beef is cooked through. Stir again to separate the beef. Serve with your favorite chili toppings.
